It’s with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we tell you of Lou’s passing. He passed away in Sudbury, on Friday, August 13, 2021 at the age of 90 years. A true patriarch of our family unit. He lost a valiant fight against cancer, a fighter to the end. Son of the late Zephir and late Georgina (née Marier) Beaudry. Beloved husband of Aline Beaudry (Dubois) (née Poulin). Loving father of Suzanne Brabant, Liliane Brunet (Guy), Carmen Laliberté (Claude) and Lucille Therriault (Daniel). Cherished grandfather of Marc (Lyne), Sylvie (Norm), Daniel (Julie), Lynne (Dan), Patrick (Cindy), Christine (Pat), Jean-Guy (Amber) and Manon. Great-grandfather of 21 grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild on the way. Beloved brother of Georgette Lebel and Yvonne Dubois. Brother-in-law of Reg Poulin (Annette), Gates Poulin (Joyce) and Diane Labrie (Marcel). Predeceased by his siblings: Adrien, Ida, Albert, Bea, Jeanne, Gérald and René. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A private Celebration of Life will be held.
