Obituary for
Kristine Kolacz
Kristine Kolacz of Edmonton passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 96 years.
Kristine is survived by her children, Sonia and Richard (Bohdana); five grandchildren, Amy (Rob), John (Rachel), Kristina, Alexander (Alicia) and Andrew; and seven great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, John; grandson, Scott and all five of her siblings.
Thank you to Allie and Arian for their compassionate care.
Interment will take place in Sandhills Cemetery in Egremont/Thorhild.
Prayers to be held Wednesday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (along with valid ID for those 18 years and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
Divine Liturgy Thursday, December 2 at 11 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Thorhild, Alberta.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made in Kristine’s honour to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Ave, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2
