PUJOL, Juan –
Juan Pujol Julia beloved husband, father, Avi (grandfather), uncle, brother passed away peacefully at home on August 18th with his wife Maria de Felicidade of 48 years by his side. He was 80 years old. Juan was born in Santa Fe del Penedes, in Catalunya, Spain. Loved by his daughters Elizabeth Pujol and Nancy Pujol and cherished by his grandchildren, Felicity, Julia, Leiya and Gabriel. The eldest of five children, Son to Pedro Pujol Pascual and Emilia Julia Olivella. He leaves behind siblings Monserrat and Carlos, predeceased by his twin siblings Jesus and Naty.
Juan lived a full life, having travelled the world learning six languages and settling in Toronto where he met his beloved. He was a proud Canadian, who was always passionate about his Catalan identity. He was a generous man, supporting his entire extended family throughout his life and especially his daughters and grandchildren. He will forever be remembered as the rock and grounding force of his family. He instilled a passion for learning and travelling, and living every day. We will miss his smile and his joi de vivre!
Celebration of life will be held at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard) on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 2-5 p.m. Online condolences at newediukfuneralhome.com
