Obituary
Peacefully passed away on Sunday, September 26th, 2021, at the Wesburn Manor, Etobicoke at the age of 97. Predeceased by her husband Bill and her brother George (Belva). Survived by her loving children Maureen Genteman (Paul), Noel Fitzsimmons (Dave), Donna Parisi (Nino), Peter Casey (Jeany) and Barbara Britton (Dave). Cherished Nanny to Scott Fitzsimmons (Liana), Kendra Leo (Sandro), Jennifer Da Costa (Rick), Kaley Trivers (Clark), Danielle Denischuck (Andre), Stephanie Schnitzer (Kevin), Samantha Britton and Heather Britton. Great Nanny to Evan, Paige, Lucas, Julian, Tessa, Vienna, Cade, Harper, Wyatt, Adelle, Audrey and Nico. Also survived by her nieces Nancy and Linda. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Thursday from 1to 3 p.m. A Funeral Service will begin in the chapel at 3p.m. A private family burial will take place at Southriver Cemetery the following day.
