Obituary of John Smith
John Smith, a resident of Thamesville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 71. Born in Owen Sound, son of the late John and Connie (Jennings) Smith. Beloved husband of the late Linda (Legein) Smith (2021). Loving father of Ronald Smith of Thamesville, and Barbara Forsyth of Thamesville. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Tricia, Ashley, Brady, Hunter, and Charrisa. Dear brother of Marie Leno (Late Ab) of North Bay. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Thamesville. Cremation has taken place. Interment of Cremains in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Thamesville. If desired, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
