It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jean Regaudie. She passed away peacefully December 13, 2021 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury, ON. She was born May 13, 1932 in Cochrane, ON, to Carmel Amendola and Mary Amendola (Ferrari) both predeceased. She married the love of her life Gerard Regaudie on July 8, 1952 and he survives. Also surviving are her two sons, Daniel Regaudie (Ghislaine) and Wayne Regaudie (Denise); grandchildren Tiffany Regaudie (Christopher), Krista Ceccolini (Mark), Kathryne Regaudie; step grandchildren Tina Lashbrook (Earl Sanderson), Lowell Harris, Phillip Harris, Sherry Harris (Adam) and great grandchildren Isabella Ceccolini & Anthony Ceccolini, as well as step great grandchild Ryan Jacques. Sister of Paul Amendola (predeceased), Fred Amendola (Joyce) both predeceased and Lawrence Amendola (Debbie). She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, a surviving aunt (age 98) and friends. Jean was a long-time resident of Cochrane, ON before moving to Sudbury with Gerard in 1974. They then moved to North Bay, ON in 1984 where they lived until 2016. In 2016 they moved back to Sudbury to be close to family. Jean loved to cook and enjoyed reading. She enjoyed tending to her garden in the summer, and especially loved taking care of her flowers. The family wishes to sincerely thank the excellent staff on fifth floor, south tower at Health Sciences North in Sudbury. The care they provided for Jean goes beyond words. Jean will be cremated in Sudbury, with a celebration of life tentatively scheduled for May 13, 2022 on the occasion of her 90th birthday.
