Obituary for Janis Marie Terrien
May 2, 1938 – September 15, 2021
Mom passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening September 15 in the comfort of her home with her family & friends and her cat Brea present to all share some quality time together.
She took a few minutes to speak to all of us to let us know how much she loved us and to share some amazing and somewhat humorous stories about each of us. We were all so pleased that she was able to have some quality time at home with us.
She has now moved on to a peaceful place knowing that she was loved very much by everyone that had the pleasure to know her.
Mom loved so many people and spoke highly of them all the time.
She loved the Church and everyone associated with it and was especially passionate to organize the TLC Program with Norm and so many others. I always asked her how they went each week and truly believe that she brought quality and warmth to everyone’s life each week. As you know, she loved organizing events and when she did, they always had that extra special detail to them to always make them a huge success. I used to call it “Janis’s way” and I know that most of you know exactly what mean by that.
Mom did not want a big service, donations to any specific charity or flowers. She wanted everyone to support the Church and it’s Events like the upcoming Fall Fair, but, really hoped that the TLC Program could continue on.

We will all miss her so very much, but, we will always have joyful memories of her forever.
