Obituary of the late James Thomas Winters
May 19, 1930 – July 11, 2021
It is with great sadness the family of the late James Thomas Winters announce his passing on July 11, 2021, at Labrador Grenfell Health at the age of 91 years. He will be sadly missed by his children; Rhoda (Garvin), Ellen (Mark), Jim (Elizabeth), Dave (Lori), Bill, Mike (Denise), Shawn (Kelley), Ken (Tracey), Alfie (Cheryl), Todd (Kelley), Keith (Aimee), Grandchildren; Alexis, Bryan, Dayna, Emily, Hilary, Kelcie, Riley, James, Jayden, Katlyn, Abby, Maddy, Braden, Matthew, Ben, Adam, Jackson, Morgan, Great Grandchildren; Reagan, Isaac, Simon, Henry, Brother; Alfred (Sonny), Sisters; Katie, Effie, Mary Anne as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Susan, Wayne (Son), Alfred and Bridgett (Parents), Polly (Sister), Brothers, Bertie, Herman, and Max.
Due to COVID 19 regulations there will be a private visitation at Fillatres Funeral Home July 13, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9.
Funeral service, by invitation only, will be held on July 14, 2021, from the Moravian Church with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating with a public interment to follow at the Moravian Cemetery.
