Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday March 14th, 2021. James Smith age 86 years of Athens. Beloved husband of the late Denise Smith (nee McKinnon). Dear father of Donald Smith (Julie), Jim Smith and Larry Smith. Loving grandfather of Joy Eidse (Derrick), Lisa Matteo (Nick), Melissa Smith (Matt Riles), Stephanie Pierce, Gary Smith and Jimmy Smith. Special great-grandfather to, Domonic, Neko, Geanna, Rhyann, Quinn and Leia. Predeceased by one great-grandson, River. Brother of Robert Smith and Arlene Smith (Doug). Predeceased by two brothers and 2 sisters, Harry & Michael Smith, Mary Lake & Dorothy MacDonald.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Friday March 19th, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Plum Hollow Cemetery.
