It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our mom at the Timmins Extendicare on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the age of 86 years. Irene will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters. She is predeceased by her husband Robert Portugie and her parents Arthur and Adele Magnan. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, in efforts to protect the public and the family, they have made the decision to have a celebration of life at a later date. Remembrance donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
