Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Ian McFarlane, of Iona, on January 1, 2021, in his 77th year. Ian will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joyce of 21 years. He will be dearly missed by his children Allyson (Patrick) Voo, Aileen (John) Baird, Tanya (Chris) Wojcik, and Tim McFarlane; Stepsons – Chris (Charlene) Remsik and Mike Remsik: Grandchildren| – Keara, Amelie, Robyn, Charlotte, Andrew, Olivia, Ethan, Hannah, Josh, Kalei, Tyrus, Darian, Josh, Katie, Brady, Kessa and Reina. Survived by several nieces and nephews, a special place in his heart for his niece Sue.
Predeceased by his brothers Jim (Anne), Ron (Mary) and his sister Ann.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
If you wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Knox St. Andrew’s Church of Dutton in memory of Ian.
