Peacefully in hospital following visits with her family, on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the age of 68. Beloved wife for 40 years to Chuck Gaudreau. Loving mother of Justin (Sarah Birch) and cherished grandmother to their baby daughter Cedar. Dear sister of Gary (Diane) and Carl Patrick. She leaves behind beloved nieces and nephews from both Patrick and Gaudreau families.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Outdoor Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.) on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
