Geraldine’s Obituary
WEAVER, Geraldine – Age 93 of Bangor, previously of St. Bernard, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital after a short illness with family by her side. Born in Woodvale, she was a daughter of the late Alphie and Lillian (Gaudet) Deveau.
Geraldine is survived by her daughters, Yvonne (Wayne) Doucet and Louise (David) German, both of Bangor; grandchildren, Kevin, Michelle, Josette, Matthew, Jason; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Dexter; sisters, Elsie, Delia, Arsena and Christina. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was an avid reader and loved doing crossword puzzles. Company was always welcome in her house including extended families. She also enjoyed the visits from her family in Massachusetts.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. As public graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 22 at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Saulnierville, with Rev. Mathieu Agbaya officiating.
