The family announces with great sorrow her passing on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 6:41 a.m., at the age of 98 years. Cherished wife of the late Roger Léon Doucet. Daughter of the late Faldora and the late Yvonne (née Bouchard) Dupuis. Loving mother of Yollande Doucet of Sudbury, Connie Lacasse (Gilles) of Azilda, Françoise Langlois (Camile) of Sudbury, Bernadette Boivin (Paul) of Ottawa, Raymond Doucet (Linda) of Valley East, Normand Doucet (Lucille) of Val Caron, and Lucille Salo (Ken) of Whitefish. Predeceased by her daughter Gertrude Robichaud Perreault. Dear sister of Rev. Sister Lucia Dupuis, Rev. Sister Murielle Dupuis, Charles, Colette, Ulysse, Cécile, and Rose Mai. Predeceased by her siblings, Yvette, Rita, Maurice, Armand, Lucien, Doris, Cyrille, and Marcel. Beloved grandmother of Camille, Denis, Ginette, Monique, Michel, Kimberley, Shawn, Marc, Lizette, Alain, Melanie, Christan, Daniel, Lisa, Joël, Chantal, Matthieu, Jennifer, Erica, and Bethany. Lovingly remembered by her 37 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family will be having a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque or online to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
