It is with heavy hearts that the family of Elmer Kenneth Wagner announces the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather on Friday, September 3, 2021 from a long battle with Polio. Elmer was born in Earl Grey to Karl and Eva Wagner on August 14, 1933. He married Evelyn Bowditch on June 30, 1962 in Swift Current. They moved many times before finally settling down in Regina.
