It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Elizabeth «Betty» Vera (Roberts) Bartlett announces her sudden passing. Elizabeth passed away at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 at the age of 83 years.
Elizabeth was a resident of the Killicks Retirement Home at Botwood since 2017.
Predeceased by her husband – Roy Bartlett; parents – Allen and Jeanette Roberts; siblings – Gertrude, Dorothy, Mary, Fred and Gordon.
Left to cherish her wonderful memory are her daughters – Nola Norman (Roderick), Grand Prairie, AB, Christine Tromba (KIm), Mississauga, ON, Deborah Bartlett, Springdale, NL; sons – Guy (Selma), Harbour Grace, NL, Wade (Michell), Beachside, NL, Brian (Tanis), Red Deer, AB; grandchildren – Jennifer, Julie, Betty-Lou, Melissa, Ryan, Chelsea, Kira, Terri, Nisa, Emma, Zoe, Brianna, Jasmine, and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings – June Burgess, John Roberts (Shirley); siblings-in-law – Ross Bartlett (Gladys) and a large circle of family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation or Public Funeral Service. Mrs. Barbara Noble will conduct a Private Family Funeral Service at Foster Funeral Home on Friday, March 19th, 2021. Interment to follow at Riverside United Cemetery, Mills’ Cove, NL.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
