Eldon J. Lewis
1936-2021
The death of Eldon James Lewis of Juniper occurred on Tuesday, June
22, 2021 at the River View Manor, Bath. Eldon was born May 2, 1936 in
Juniper and was the son of the late James « Jim » and Mae
(Rideout) Lewis. He was also predeceased by his loving wife of 49
years, Diane; 2 grandsons, Nicholas and Jeremy; 7 siblings, Kathleen,
Meriam, Inez, Dorothy, Judith, Kenney and Billy. Eldon was the last
surviving member of his immediate family.
Eldon is survived by his 2 children Bethanne and Jerry (Stephanie); 4
grandchildren, Brandi (Craig), Rachael (Ben), Trevor and Travis; 3
great grandchildren, Rylan, Vincent and Declan; 1 sister, Fern as well
as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00
am from the Juniper United Pentecostal Church, Rev. Everett Munn will
officiate. The interment will be in the Biggar Ridge Cemetery. For
those who wish donations made to the Biggar Ridge or to a charity of
the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
Eldon’ s family would like to thank the staff of River View Manor for
their comfort and care extended to Eldon during his time there.
