Douglas was 67 years young. He passed away suddenly July 4 2021 with his beloved wife by his side in one of his favorite places in the world. Doug was a kind soul and peacekeeper with a trickster’s sense of humor who was always ready to lend a hand to friend and stranger alike. Eldest sibling to: Lorne(Joan) Randy, Deb, Kelly (MJ), Karen, an uncle and great-uncle to numerous nieces & nephews. Married to Linda for 48 years he is father to Kyle, Curtis and Lance (Shelley) and grandfather to Kasian, Quinn, Dawson, Autumn & River.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, July 19th 2021 at Alternatives Funeral Services, 2980 Smith Dr., Armstrong, BC.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those wishing to send condolences make a donation to the Central Okanagan Boys & Girls Club.
