Salikin, Doreen Ann
Doreen was born in Saskatoon, SK on October 20, 1949 and passed away suddenly on August 15, 2021 in her home in Beechy, SK. She was predeceased by her husband Maurice, father David Goertzen, mother Katherine Goertzen, step-mother Katherine Quiring and her in-laws Fred and Agnes Salikin. She leaves behind her daughters, Wendy Pearson (Rob), Tracy Upton (Bruce), son Jay (Lenore), sisters Marg Bradshaw and Linda Munro, brother Johnny Goertzen (Bev), sisters-in-law Elaine Crysler (Brock), Maree Salikin, Pearl Ritzand (Joe), Freda Salikin (Al), Marion Fraser (Cameron), six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Service to be held at Lawson Heights Alliance Church on Friday August 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The service will also be live streamed from the church website at www.lawsonheightsalliance.com for people who can not be in attendance. Her Facebook page will remain open to post memories or stories. We will eventually convert it to a memorial page.
