Passed peacefully away, surrounded by her loved ones, on July 28, 2021, Crista Anne Watts Baker, age 40 years.
When you think of Crista, you may think of her kind heart, gentle soul, or even her twisted sense of humour, but you will always think of her with a smile. A beacon of positivity, Crista kept her spirits high, no matter what challenges were put in front of her. She lived her life to the fullest and thoroughly enjoyed travelling, photography, music, and yoga. It was her passion for helping others, though, that provided her with the most joy.
Predeceased by her grandparents, Joseph and Annie Lake, and Thomas Watts.
Leaving to mourn with many fond and loving memories, her husband, Chris (aka Baker); parents, Robert and Mary; grandmother, Blanche Watts; brothers Thomas (Jen), and Michael (Phyllis); parents-in-law, Harold and Betty; sister-in-law, Laura (Joel); nieces, Mikayla, Hannah, and Elise; nephews, Elliott and Cameron; best friend, Renee (Brad) and their children, Caleb and Goddaughter, Carrigan; many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and her two fur-babies, Curly, and the ever-loyal Harley.
In accordance with Crista’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Crista’s memory can be made to the MS Society of Canada.
