Obituary
Cheri Kurze passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on October 22, 2021 at the age of 60 years old.
Mourning her loss are Ernie and Annie Kurze of Chilliwack, BC, Robert Kurze of Lethbridge, AB., Richard and Judy Kurze of Lethbridge, AB, Doreen and Ed Roesler of Medicine Hat, and several nieces and nephews.
Cheri was predeceased by her parents Max and Loretta Kurze, her sister Wendy Ress and her loving dog Katie.
Cheri was born in Lethbridge, Alberta on December 2, 1960. Since she was a young girl, she has always had deep love and compassion for animals. Cheri spent her teen years horseback riding and enjoyed sports in school. She was a loving sister and a wonderful support person to her Mother Loretta. Cheri enjoyed social activities, whether it be dining out with family, or special holidays.
Later in life, Chari lived in a nursing home, and she gained the nickname «Share-Bear». She was loved by staff and fellow residence.
Cheri will be greatly missed by family, friends, and all who were blessed to have crossed her path.

Due to Covid circumstances, family has held a private memorial in Cheri’s honour. Cremation has been entrusted to Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home and interment will take place next spring with a Celebration of Life to be announced
