Charles Bedford
October 27, 1938 – April 10, 2021
It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Charles Bedford Sr. on Saturday, April 10, 2021.
Charles was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 27, 1938. Him and the love of his life, Alphina moved to Dryden, Ontario in 1976 with their three children, where they built their home overlooking Beaver Lake.
Charles enjoyed spending his days with family and friends, often found hunting and fishing, camping, or “dinkin around” in the garage or outside. We will miss his stories, jokes, quick wit and humour.
Charles was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. He is survived by his brother William “Billy” (Graciela), sons Steve and Charles Jr., grandchildren Brandon (Shelbi), Jordan (Alyssa), Jesse (Ben), Terra (Logan), Michael, and Ryan, as well as 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and close friends. Charles was predeceased by his wife, Alphina, daughter, Kim, mother and father, brother and sister.
At his request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
