It is with sorrowful hearts that the family of the late Bryce Monroe Fudge announces his sudden passing. Bryce passed away at the Central Newfoundland Regional Hospital, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, June 18th, 2021 at the age of 83 years.
Bryce is predeceased by his first wife – Marjorie (Foss) Fudge; parents – George & Nellie Fudge; parents-in-law – Gordon & Mary Foss; grandson – Andrew Meyers; siblings-in-law – Allan Foote, Dulcie Fudge, Lloyd Elliott, Eleanor Fudge, Leo Rumbolt, Ena Fudge (Eric), Bert Foss (Phyllis), Lillian Critch, Jeanette Bishop (Gordon) and Joyce Young (Ronald).
Left with many fond and loving memories his wife – Edna Foster-Fudge; children – Sheila Fudge (Neil), Tina Fudge (Scott), Vincent Fudge (Chad), Lisa Matthews (Arthur) and Stephen Fudge (Mary); grandchildren – Stephanie Cater, Nichole Meyers (Perry), Chantille Meyers (Adam), Olivia Matthews (Keelan), Nicholas Matthews, Danielle Fudge (Shane) and Hunter Fudge; great-grandchildren – Ethan Puddicomb-Meyers and Ava Harding; Edna’s family – Bev Foster-Hiller, John Foster and Lora Foster (Charlene); grandchildren-in-law – Shannon Jones (Mahalia), Stacie Jones, Mackenzie Andrews and Morgan Andrews; step great grandson-in-law – Carter Hawkins; siblings – Helen Foote, Louis Fudge (Ella), Roland Fudge (Joy), Rita Elliott, Roy Fudge (Rosalie) and David Fudge; siblings-in-law – Golda Rumbolt, Charlie Foss, Earl Foss and Christine Austin (Calvin) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Public Visitation will take place at Zion United Church, La Scie, NL on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021 from 2:00-4:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM.
Reverend Madonna Boone, assisted by Reverend Harry Oake will conduct a Private Family Funeral Service at Zion United Church, La Scie, NL on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery, Baie Verte, NL.
As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Bryce’s memory to the Janeway Children’s Hospital or to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
