Bride truly lived life to the fullest and never took one day for granted. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Nanny. She was a caring, loving, and truly wonderful person. She always loved adventure, traveling, all kinds of food, Sunshine, Camping, Christmas, and Butterflies. She always loved having a good time and a good laugh. She always provided comfort to anyone who needed it. But more than anything and all those things put together she loved her family and we loved her. She captured every moment on camera and cherished them in all of our memories. She never missed a wedding, birthday, christening, birth of grandchild, graduation, or any celebration in between that she could get to. She loved people, and she made friends wherever she went. She will be forever loved and never forgotten by her family and friends. Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the nurses and staff on the General Surgery Unit and at the Cancer Care Clinic at the James Paton Memorial Health Care Centre for their wonderful care and support.
In keeping with Bride’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral service will take place at St Gabriel’s Parish St. Brendan’s on Monday April 26th at 11:00 with interment to the Roman Catholic Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Brides memory.
