Brenda Beers
1948-2021
FORD BANK, NB – It is with great sadness that the
family announces the peaceful passing of Brenda Louise Beers, 73, of
Ford Bank at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre on
Wednesday, August 11th, 2021. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on April
26th, 1948, she was the daughter of the late John and Lillian
(Robinson) Aliseo. Before retiring, Brenda worked as a caregiver at
the Robren House in Rexton.
Brenda was very crafty; she enjoyed quilting, crocheting,
knitting, and was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed looking
after her hummingbirds and her flower gardens. She was an active
member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Browns Yard. Brenda
always went above and beyond to show her love and devotion to her
family. She always had a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, and
gave the best advice, but above all else she loved her family with her
whole heart and soul. She loved everyone equally and accepted everyone
for their flaws. Some would say her family was her most prized
possession. Her family meant everything to her and will always be her
everything from above.
Brenda leaves to mourn, her loving husband of 53 years, Wayne
C. Beers; her daughter, Darla MacNaughton (Alan) of Hanwell; her three
sons, Wayne D. Beers (late Gayenell) of Dayton, OH, Darren Beers (Anne
Lewis) of Miramichi and Glen Beers (Carrie) of Grand Bay-Westfield; 11
grandchildren, Justin Beers (Allie), Brandon Beers (Chloe Gruber),
Ashley Beers, Katelyn Beers (Tyler Palcic), Kristen Beers, Jonathan
Beers, Jessica Beers (Darrien Augustine), Rebecca MacNaughton, Emily
MacNaughton, Charlee Beers and Paige Beers; as well as her four great
grandchildren, Kayla Rose, Aliyah, Jaxson and Hunter.
Brenda will also be sadly missed by her sister Judith Massie
(late Bill) of Middletown, NY; her three brothers, Christopher Olsen
(late Peggy) of Plattsmouth, NE, Robert Olsen of Greeley, CO and
Stephen Olsen (Linda) of Concord, MA; her two brothers in law, Gene
Beers (Dawn) of Westford, MA and Richard Beers (Joan) of Sudbury, MA;
her four sisters in law, Barbara Beers of Winchendon, MA, Carol Beers
of South Branch, NB, Janet Beers of Mundleville, NB and Debbie Beers
of Ventura, CA as well as by her many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her sister,
Constance King.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home,
Richibucto Sunday, August 15th, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 pm ONLY. A funeral
service will be celebrated on Monday, August 16th, 2021 at 2:00 pm,
