Obituary of Blair Malcolm Payne
It is with heavy hearts the Payne family annouce the passing of the Late Blair Malcolm Payne on September 21, 2021 at the age of 47. He leaves to mourn: Mother Mary (nee Lowe), Father Chris, Brother Brian (Marsha). Uncles; Bill (ILean) Lowe, Martin Lowe, Tom (Maureen) Lowe, Mark (Sandra) Lowe, John (Noreen) Lowe, Gerald (Mary) Lowe, Dennis (Naomi) Lowe, Micheal Ryan. Aunt; Donna (Brian) Dennis, Gert (Emedee) Caines, Hilda (Clarence) Lowe, Janet (Brian) MacSween, Colleen (Jarvis) Lowe, Juanita (Donald) Kennedy, Elsie (Morley) Gill. Caregivers: Hilda Lowe and Marsha LaVallee. Sadly missed by all his cousins and his many friends, young and old.
Predeceased by: Grandparents Martin and Madeline Lowe, Michael and Sabina Ryan (Pearce-Payne). Aunt Marie Lowe, Uncle Sterling Payne, Aunt Caroline Payne and cousin Mark Lowe Jr.
Visitation Place: St. Joseph’s Church, Port Saunders. Visitation Times: Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021 from 7pm-9pm. and Thursday, Sept. 23. 2021 from 2pm-4pm, 7pm-9pm. Funeral Service Friday, Sept.,24, 2021 at 11am. Interment to follow at the Sandy Cove Interfaith Cemetery, Port Saunders. Father Raj Officiating.
