God called Biagia “Gina” peacefully on December 2, 2021 at the age of 87. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Giovanni. Always remembered by her dear children, Sal (Nadia), Charlie (Dina), and Phill (Rosemary). Gina was a proud Nonna to Jonathan (Rosanna), Laura, Michael, John, and Jenna. Cherished Bisnonna to Sophia and Max. Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, Ontario. Tel. 905-850-9500) on Sunday December 5, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major MacKenzie Dr., Maple, Ontario) on Monday December 6, 2021 at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery (305 Erskine Ave., Toronto, Ontario). If so desired, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, and to Madonna Di Tagliavia Religious Organization (Ontario) in honor of Gina. As the restrictions and guidelines continue to lift, all family and friends are welcome to come to the Funeral Home during the visitation periods. There will be no RSVP needed to enter the Funeral Home. When coming into the Funeral Home, please sign the “Guest Book” and write your phone number down beside your name for contact tracing purposes, before entering our visitation suites. We kindly ask that anyone entering the suite please continue to social distance and refrain from any physical contact. As always, our highly trained staff will be constantly sanitizing and monitoring the Funeral Home if any assistance is needed.
