Its with heavy hearts that the family of Beverly Ann Ilchyshen announce her passing at the Cornerstone Care Home on the morning of Thursday, November 18, 2021.. Bev was born on July 12, 1959. She was raised on a farm near Prince Albert with her five brothers and one sister. She went to school at Osborne School and graduated at Carlton High School in Prince Albert. After graduation she moved to Prince Albert and shortly after she met the love of her life Pete Ilchyshen and his kids Tim and Tena. Pete and Bev then welcomed a daughter Victoria Ilchyshen and then married on May 9,1987. Bev ran a day care for a few years and then went into the painting business with Pete for many years and after that she took up a new career at Wakaw Lakeview Pioneer Lodge. Bev took pride in everything she did and did it with her whole heart. Bev absolutely love being around friends and family. She always had a smile on her face and could cheer up any room with her amazing laugh. She will be greatly missed by everyone she knew. Bev is survived by her children: Victoria (Jordie Walker) Ilchyshen, Tim Ilchyshen and Tena (Ryan Fleck) Lebel; her grandchildren: Cashtyn, Charley, Connor (Karmen), Colton (Justine) and Kaylyn; her siblings: Bobby (Donna Read) Harris, Nellie (Desmond) Dumont, David (Linda) Harris, Brian Harris, Neil (Debbie) Harris and Wayne (Jackie) Harris; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bev was predeceased by her husband, Pete Ilchyshen and her parents Theodore & Iris (Still) Harris. A Funeral Service Funeral Service was held at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Wakaw, SK on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Brian Walton officiating. Interment of the Urn will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Bev may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
