Peacefully in Ottawa at the Civic Hospital on May 4, 2021 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Wietse Posthumus. Mother of Andrew (Karen), Kathy de Haan (Bill) and Paul (Elaine). Beloved Oma to Calvin (Brittany), Evan (Taylor), Ryan, Emily and Luke. Thank you to all the staff at the Ottawa Hospital A3 unit along with the staff at Carp Commons Retirement Home for their care of her.
