Following retirement he assisted his son, Austin, in his business, A & A Home and Lawn Maintenance, for a few years. He then worked for the Commissionaires for 13 years, until illness forced him to step down in August of this year. Austin thoroughly enjoyed his time with the Commissionaires where he made many friends.
Austin was a kind, caring gentleman, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved socializing with others, had a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh. He was an avid bridge player and a fierce competitor. He had a great love of the ocean. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
