Obituary For Annette Yvonne Sparks
January 20, 1941 – November 19, 2020
Annette Sparks (nee, Laliberte) of Nampa AB passed away on November 19th, 2020 at the age of 79 years.
Marie Annette Yvonne Laliberte was born in Lac Magloire AB on January 20th, 1941 to parents Cleophas Laliberte and Merilda Nadeau.
Annette is the loving mother of Karin and David, grandmother of Nigel, Chelsea, Noah, Tianna, Nathan and Shayla, great-grandmother of Riley, Lucas, Ethan, Aiden, Jaylene and Kinsley, aunt of Cindy Zahn, Todd Laliberte and Jo-Anne Girard, and great-aunt to Bailey and Madison Zahn. Also mourning is Robert Sparks, her former husband and lifelong friend who was blessed to have a heartfelt visit with her last spring.
Annette now joins her dearly missed father and mother, as well as husband Dale Smaldon, brother Raymond, sister-in-law Lorraine and nephew Ronnie, brother Gilbert, uncle Leo Nadeau, as well as six little baby angels in heaven who long awaited her.
Due to travel restrictions due to COVID19 – the service has been delayed until spring.
The family would like to thank all of Annette’s friends and relatives as well as the staff at the Grande Prairie Queen Elizabeth II Hospital for their support.
