Anna C. Wierzbowska
August 28, 1928 – November 15, 2021
Anna immigrated to Canada from Poland in the 1950’s. She made her home here in Ottawa, working at the House of Kraft Orthopedics. Her home, flowers, and garden were her pride and joy. The plums that she grew were always plentiful and the best tasting in the neighbourhood which Anna loved to share with others. She was a kind, loving lady who looked for the good in all. Anna always appreciated the visits from her neighbours, friends and family that popped by. She especially loved her furry companion, Kisha the cat. Thank you to all who were there for her during her final days. Anna, you will be missed.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1758 Alta Vista, Ottawa, Ontario on Thursday November 25, 2021 at 10:30 am. The interment will be held at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street immediately following the service. Following Covid protocols, attendance will be strictly limited to registered guests.
