On Sunday, September 26th, 2021, Ann Elizabeth Chalupka (nee MacTavish) passed away in her 61st year, at Victoria Hospital London with family by her side. Predeceased by her cherished parents John and Donna MacTavish (nee Campbell). Caring wife of Mike Chalupka (26th year) and loving Mom to Jordan (Derin Çalık) and Taylor Chalupka. Loved sister of John (Brenda) MacTavish, Donna Jean (Henry) VanBilsen, Peter MacTavish, and Paul (Barb) MacTavish. Sister-in-law of Julie (Tom) Field, Brian (Jennifer) Chalupka, and Patty (Dennis) Meston. “Auntie Ann” to Matthew (Vicky), Melanie (Andrew) Clendinning; Sean (Becky), Charlene (Ben) Hillen; Dillon (Emily), Tyler (Candice), Morgan; Ashleigh (Greg) McLean, Jennara; Kyle (Meagan), Shelby, Corey; Mitchel, Logan, and Marshall. A cousin to many; whom she loved. Raised in the Kilmartin community, Ann married and moved to Brooke-Alvinston to raise her family. Ann especially valued: her Burns Presbyterian Church family, the WMS members, Junior Farmers, coaching baseball, and her Fulline co-workers. Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother; Ann will be missed and fondly remembered. An outdoor funeral service will be held for family at Burns Mosa Presbyterian Church, Kilmartin on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 with interment to follow at Kilmartin Cemetery. Ann’s family would like to express gratitude to all those who provided her with gracious care and support for her Multiple Myeloma diagnosis.
