On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, Mr. Andrei Tchouiko Of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at his home at the age of 34 years.
Andrei is survived by his loving family; his son, Daniel Vakarchuk; parents, Alla & Viktor Tchouiko; brothers, Igor and Dennis Tchouiko; grandmother, Elena Kirtoka; his in-law family Vakarchuk; his numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, as well as the extensive extended families of the Kirtoka’s and Tchouiko’s on all continents.

A funeral service for Andrei will take place Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 5 PM, from Creech’s Funeral Chapel, Wainwright, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, Andrei’s family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the True Patriot Love Foundation.
