The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the age of 74 years. Son of the late Alcide and late Isabelle (née Savignac) Lafrenière. Cherished husband to Evelyne Lafrenière (née Arbour). Loving father of Alain (Nathalie). Predeceased by his son Yvan. Grandfather to Lee-Anne. Dear brother of Murielle Binette (late Claude), Hélène Marleau (Aurèl), Estelle Arbour (Jean-Paul), Angèle Rivet (Luc), Richard (Gail) and Pierre (Pierrette). Predeceased by his siblings: Rhéal (late Glorielle), Normand (Ghislaine) and Marcel (late Germaine). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A private burial will be held at a later date.
