It is with sadness the family of the late Verlin Wayne Whitefish announce his passing on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Unity, SK. A Wake will be held on Wednesday, January 22 & Thursday, January 23, 2020. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Both services will take place at the Mosquito Band Hall, Mosquito First Nation, SK. Interment will be at Mosquito Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Robert MacKay of Battlefords Funeral Service (306-446-4200).
