It is with broken hearts that the
family of the late THERESA CLARKE of
Terrenceville announces her passing. Theresa passed away at
U.S Memorial in St. Lawrence on February 1st,
2020 at the age of 81. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of
wonderful memories are her sons, Timothy Clarke of Alberta, Neil
Clarke (Geneva) of Terrenceville, and Desmond Clarke (Holly) of St.
John’s; daughters, Patricia Hynes (Harold) of Burin, Cinthia
Clarke of Alberta, and Michelle Clarke (Paul) of Burin; 15
grandchildren, Heidi, Nikki, Jessica, Jennifer, Derek, Samantha,
Nathan, Francois, Michael, Chelsea, TJ, Toni, Twyla, Megan, and Jaxon;
11 great grandchildren, Madison, Lincoln, Lachlan, Kyran,
Ciara, Lily, Folton, Dakota, Caleb, Royce, and Victoria; brothers,
Thomas McCarthy (Sheila) of Terrenceville, and Frank McCarthy (Bonnie)
of Grand Falls; sisters, Mary Alice Short (Gordon) of Torbay, Marion
Hickey (Pierce) of Grand LePierre, Rota Kearley (Randall) of Alberta,
and Mary Jane of Alberta; plus a large circle of extended
family and friends. Theresa was predeceased by her parents,
John and Janet McCarthy; her husband, Michael; son, Barry; daughter,
Janet; brothers, Patrick, John, and Gary; and great-grandson,
Jacob.
The Clarke Family will be accepting
visitors at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in
Terrenceville on Monday, February 3rd from 2 pm
to 9 pm and February 4th and
5th from 10 am to 9 pm with Vigil on February
5th at 8 pm . Mass of
Christian Burial will take place at St. Joseph’s Roman
Catholic Church in Terrenceville on Thursday, February
6th at 2 pm.
Interment to follow at St.
Joseph’s RC Cemetery in
Terrenceville.
