YAKIMCHUK, Sylvia Cecile
It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Sylvia Yakimchuk on January 20th, 2020 at the age of 60 years. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Westlock Funeral Home. Sylvia was born to Nick & Jean Yakimchuk on April 4th, 1959 at Two Hills, Alberta. Sylvia will be lovingly remembered by her sister Gloria Johnson (Alvin Stedel) and her brother Ernie Yakimchuk (Debbie); nieces and nephews Bradley Johnson (Theresa), Jeannine Zeschuk (Marcel), Shauna Harms (Rob) and Craig Yakimchuk; her great nieces and nephews Donica (Nathan), Brayden, Madison, Alexandra, McKenna, Tianna, Kamryn, Karsyn and Haylin and her special friends from WIN. Sylvia was predeceased by her parents Nick & Jean and great nephew Damon Johnson. A Special Thank You to everyone associated with WIN, their dedication and guidance helped Sylvia become the independent and fun loving person she was. Also a special Thank You to the hospital and Continuing Care staff for the exceptional care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WIN (Westlock Independence Network) or Westlock Continuing Care Centre.
