Susan Lee Moses, age 58, of Stratford, passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Sunday, February 23, 2020, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born in Stratford, daughter of Helen June (McClocklin) Birkmann and the late Dieter Birkmann. Loving partner of Bill Durst and much loved mother to Aaron Moses (Ashley Mottola) and her loving grandchildren Emily Mottola and Jessie Moses. Susan will be fondly remembered by her best friend Michelle Whetham and her many other friends and relatives. Besides her father, Susan was predeceased by a son Jesse Moses (1986). In keeping with Susan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and she will be interred with her late son Jesse in Avondale Cemetery. A celebration of Susan’s life will take place at a later date.
