Susan’s Obituary
We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of our sister, Susan, age 71 on Monday, December 21, 2020 at her home in Middleton. Born in Middleton, January 23, 1949, she was the daughter of the late John and Doris (Beals) Reagh. Susan is survived by her brothers, Edward (Sondi), Port George, George (June), Middleton; sister, Marilyn, Middleton; nieces and nephews Shane, Lindsay, Jon, Max, Tasha, Sarah and Matthew that she enjoyed watching them all grow up. The family would like to thank the Home Care Workers – Meals on Wheels, especially the volunteer drivers who gave of their time to deliver these meals, it was the highlight of her day.
These services are fantastic so people like Susan can live in their own home for as long as possible. Many thanks to Dr. David MacKinnon as her family doctor for many years and Dr. Lapierre. Special thank you to Judy Balcom for being a good friend to Susan and all the extra special things you did for Susan to help her out. Susan got her news the old-fashioned way if she didn’t like the news on TV she would call a friend to find out what was going on. She had a kind heart and loved to get on the telephone and if you knew her it was best to answer the first time because she would call until you answered. In Susan’s memory please be kind to each other and do a random act of kindness to put a smile on someone’s face. Due to covid restrictions there will be no service at this time. A family graveside service will be held at a later date, in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. 902-825-3448.
