Obituary of Stafford Baker
Passed away in the presence of his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, Stafford Baker of Harbour Grace South, age 81 years. Predeceased by infant son: Dwayne; parents: Hardy and Clara; brothers: George, James, and Ward (Irene). Leaving to mourn, wife: Grace; daughter: Michelle (Richard) Maloney, Carbonear; four sons: Kenneth, Harbour Grace South, Rodney (Joanne), Carbonear, Shawn (Pamela), Harbour Grace, and Danny (Rebecca), Oromocto, NB; eight grandchildren: Dwayne, Kerrilynn, Kayla, Matthew, Lucas, Leah, Andrew, and Peter; brother: Edward ‘Earl’ (Louise), Old Shop; sisters-in-law: Wanda Baker, Corner Brook, Laura Baker, St. John’s, Beatrice (John, deceased) Johnson, Jacques Fontaine, and Jeanette (Jack) Saunders, Marystown; brothers-in-law: Kenneth (Mamie) Pardy, Paradise and Edward (Daisy, deceased) Johnson, St. John’s; also a large number of other relatives and friends. At Stafford’s request, cremation has taken place. Visitation at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Thursday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A family only service to be held at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Stafford Baker Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Homes, P.O.
