March 5 1948 – November 19 2020
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Sharon on November 19, 2020 at the Welland Hospital with her loving daughter, Tammy Macfadyen by her side. After being away from her soul mate, Jerry, for 5 long months, Sharon decided it was time to join him and leave this world behind. Left to mourn this loss is her daughter Tammy Macfadyen, her son Joe Macfadyen, grandchildren Robert Macfadyen and Joseph Jr. (Cheryl). She is survived by her aunts in England, Pat and Gill, brother-in-law Bob Trier, and sister-in-law Judy.
Sharon was affectionately known as “Nana” to Thomas and Daniel.
Sharon enjoyed getting her hair and nails done, crafting and collecting crafting supplies. You could find her in her favorite chair, with a bag of Goodies and you can bet that there was a Mary Maxim package nearby.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew her, but especially her dear friends Louise and Margaret (a.k.a Toot), Reg and Doreen.
Arrangements entrusted to Morse & Son Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to Project Share.
