Obituary
Sharon went to be with Jesus on May 8, 2020 at the age of 79 years. She was born in Ardley, Alberta to Fredrick Stanley Parrott and Eleanor Thompson. Sharon was a kind and gentle woman who loved her family, her God, and her church. She and Don ranched in the Foothills area for all their married lives. She was an active member in the Millarville Community Church and had a close relationship with God. For 25 years Sharon stocked and directed the operations at the Oilfields Food Bank in Turner Valley, a job she truly loved, until her health began to fail. Her sweet spirit leaves this world a better place. She is survived by her loving husband Don Herriman, their 4 sons; Darren (Bonnie), Richard, Lynden (Nancy), Steven (Jen) and a daughter Leah Taylor (Joey); 14 Grandchildren and 9 Great–grandchildren. The family is grateful to the nursing staff at the Long Term Care in the High River Hospital for their special care of Sharon during her time there. In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name to the Oilfields Food Bank in Turner Valley, Ab would be appreciated.
