Sarah Ann’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the families of the late Sarah Ann Warford nee Langford announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility, in Corner Brook, NL, on Monday, August 10th, 2020 at the age of 98 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories her children; Douglas (Rose), Reginald (Bernice), Patsy (Raymond), Margaret (Bennett), Gordon (Lorraine), Emily (Ron), Elizabeth (Bub), Tom (Gertie), and Baxter (Sybil), her 27 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, her sister; Mrs. Charity Osmond, her brother-in-law; Almore Warford, sisters-in-law; Marie Warford, Rosena Warford, Emily Bastone, and Margaret Warford, also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends. Sarah Ann was predeceased by her husband; Nathanial Warford, her parents; Emily and Henry Langford, and three grandchildren.
A special thanks to the Dr’s and nurses at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital and to the nurses at the Palliative care unit.
Arrangements are under the care of Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL. Due to the current Covid-19 Restrictions, a private service will be held at St. Michael’s & All Angel’s Anglican Church in Pollard’s Pt, NL, on Thursday August 13th, 2020, at 2:00 pm, with Rev Charlene Laing officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Pollard’s Pt, NL.
