Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario on December 25, 2020 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her loving husband, Lawrence Lowe. She will be dearly missed by her children Jennifer Cavalieri(Rob), Helen Lowe(David), Robert Lowe (Susie); grandchildren Matthew Cavalieri(Agata), Andrew Cavalieri(Vanessa), Christopher Cavalieri(Wen), Emilie Lowe and Calvin Lowe; great-grandsons, Felix Cavalieri and Rafael Cavalieri. Beloved sister to David Powell-Evans, Barbara Scrivener(Alastair) and Glyn Powell-Evans(Anne). She will be also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A huge thank-you to the Emma’s Team at the Village of Wentworth Heights in Hamilton, Ontario who took such good care of Rosemary since June 2019. Prior to her move to Ontario Rosemary was a resident of Rideau Manor in Burnaby, B.C. and an active member of St Timothy Anglican Church. She also lived for many years in the Point Grey/Jericho Beach area of Vancouver.
Rosemary will be fondly remembered by all for her big bright smile which lit up the room wherever she went.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private family service will be held in Hamilton, Ontario with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to be held at a later date at St Timothy Anglican Church in Burnaby, B.C. In lieu of flowers a donation to your local Alzheimer/Dementia Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
