Obituary of Robert Brydges
After a long fight to live, Bob peacefully slipped away during the night on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the Sault Area Hospital. He leaves behind his best friend and wife Kerren, of 45 years and his girl’s Kerry Simpson (Greg) and Jana Brydges. The adored Papa of Tyler Downing. Predeceased by his parents Bert and Mable Brydges. Beloved brother of Bert (Rhonda), Betty (Gord), Barbara, Bruce (Janet) and Barry (Ida). Son-in-law of Glenn Mills (late Mary). Brother-in-law of Lois (late Randy). Bob was an Uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered by so many for his quiet sarcasm and his ability to find the good in all people. He always wanted the best for those around him. Memories are our best hope in the face of grief. A private family service will be held at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758). Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Please take a moment to share your memories of Bob with the family.
