Obituary of Norma Vera Viola Tyrer
Norma Vera Tyrer, passed away peacefully at the Heart of Hastings Hospice, Madoc, on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, in her 81st year. Daughter of the late Harry and Ethel Lott. Beloved wife of Douglas Tyrer of Belleville. Loving mother of Mark (Val) Tyrer of Calgary, Juanita Tyrer of Hamilton, and Shelley (Doug) DeFosse of Saskatoon. Proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Norma is also survived by her sisters, Laura Forestell of Belleville and Margaret Tyrer of St. Catharine’s, her brother Brayson Lott of Moira, her sisters in-law, Joyce Wright and Ena (Terry) Smith and her brothers in-law, Paul (Donna) Tyrer and David Tyrer. She is predeceased by her sister, Lorna Lott and her brother, Basil Lott.
Private cremation services have been entrusted to the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel (613-968-2273). If desired, Memorial Donations to the Heart of Hastings Hospice.
