Obituary of Michael William Prodonchuk
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Michael at the age of 61 years, in Regina, SK. He passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 17, 2020 with his love Chantal, and his daughter Dana by his side. Michael was born on June 29, 1959 in Gravelbourg, SK but lived most of his life in the Regina area. After graduating he worked in many trades but for the last several years his specialty was driving truck. He always loved the outdoors, being a true farm boy at heart. Michael was known for his sense of humor, always making people laugh. He was very proud of the farm Chantal and him built together with many animals and projects over the years. Some of his passions were working in the shop, horses, camping, boating, trips to Mexico and going to the auction. Most importantly being able to spend time with friends, family and his precious grandchildren who meant the world to him. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Donna. Michael is survived by his love Chantal; his daughter Dana (Kris) Atkinson: grandchildren Dillan and Grace; Ashly (Cory) Strandberg: grandchildren Keira and Kinley; Andrew Laliberty; Atyra Bavle (Austin S.); Austin (Kimberly S.) Bavle – granddaughter Ella; his sister Marla (Russ) Barr; brothers Dale (Brenda); and Dave (Gerogetta); Sister Sheri; and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all that knew him. A celebration of his life will be held when it’s safe to do so.
