It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Marty was predeceased by sons Brandon Arthur and Donald Bernard, and father and mother, Bernard and Doreen Edgington.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda, children, Rick (Anne), Robin (Trevor), Ashley (Scott), Cassie (Ernie), and grandchildren, Jeremy, Michael, Melissa, Chelsea, Aurora, Anneke, Ava, Axel, Brooklyn, Everly and Tenley and the many friends who love him dearly, with a special thank you to his very dear friend, Rachel. Marty fought a long hard battle with Parkinson’s Disease, but refused to let it slow him down. There are far too many things to say about this wonderful man. He will be sorely missed.
A private family service, by invitation only, will be hosted in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC, on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm, with Mr. Stephen Swift officiating. Due to current BC Health restrictions, all others are invited to attend virtually via Zoom by clicking on the following link. Please use your video camera when joining so that family in attendance can see you and feel your support.
