It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Marjorie Barbara (nee Fulton) Stilwell on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Marjorie left us to join her husband David in time for their 57th wedding anniversary. Remaining behind to remember this remarkable woman are her son Alan and his wife Shelley, daughter Kathy and her partner, Richard Chadwick, her grandsons, Adam Stilwell, and James Wishart (Kendra Miner), her three sisters, June Hennecke (George), Marlene O’Leary (Doug), Paulette Harding, sister-in-law Marlene Fulton, and several nieces and nephews. Not the least of these is her beloved fur baby, Bessie, who was a great listener and faithful companion.
In addition to her husband, welcoming Marjorie on the other side are her father, Frederick F. Fulton, mother, Dora Fulton Brown, brothers Amos, Burns, Garnet, sisters Shirley Dawson and Evelyn Keirstead, brothers in-law Harry Keirstead and John Stilwell, sister-in-law Bev Stilwell, and eldest niece, Cheryl Wade.
Marjorie loved flowers. She would not want anyone to go to great expense but a posy or two at her gravesite would be welcome. She also loved cats. If inclined, donations to a local animal shelter or CARMA would be greatly valued. Thank you to all for your loving support and many kindnesses extended to Marjorie and her family.
A celebration of Marjorie’s life will be held at the Red Bank United Cemetery on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Hazel-Jane Morris officiating.To honour and protect our loved ones from Covid-19 and meeting the guidelines of Public Health, please wear a mask and respect social distancing.
